AI Agent Consultant — Hướng Nghiệp Á Âu

Overview
This project is an AI consultant agent that acts as a virtual enrollment and course advisor, answering prospective students through website chat for Hướng Nghiệp Á Âu — a 19-branch vocational academy network serving 100,000+ learners. Building it solo, I grounded the agent in a RAG knowledge base (PostgreSQL + pgvector) built over the live course catalog, so answers stay accurate as courses change. On top of that I added intent handling to qualify leads and route high-intent prospects, and a Human-in-the-Loop Telegram bot that lets human advisors review the AI's replies and take over a conversation when needed. The agent handles routine advising 24/7 at scale, while keeping a human safety net for the moments that matter — freeing advisors to focus on the leads most likely to convert.
