Overview
NeuraDAO is a production-ready AI trading web platform delivered end-to-end in 20 days. The goal was to take the product from nothing to a live, publicly reachable service — infrastructure, backend, AI and frontend — on a tight timeline. As Tech Lead of a 3-person team, I owned the architecture and the delivery. I designed and deployed the hosting infrastructure, built the backend and its API services, and developed the AI trading engine together with an AI chatbot that assists users with trading decisions. I also integrated the frontend and backend and handled the last mile: domain configuration and the production release. Working autonomously with a small team, we shipped a coherent full-stack system — from server to model to UI — inside a three-week window.
