Overview

This is a Vietnamese-compliant accounting/ERP application aligned with Circular 99/2025/TT-BTC, which takes effect on January 1, 2026 — so the product had to be correct against a specific, current regulatory standard from day one. I authored the full SRS — business rules, user stories, and 164 compliance test cases — then designed the accounting core: double-entry logic, the chart of accounts, and ledger workflows following Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS). On the client side I built the frontend in React with TanStack Router and Query, using a layered architecture and strict TypeScript to keep a complex, rules-heavy domain maintainable. Compliance was the throughline: the specification, the accounting logic and the test suite were all built to hold up against the Circular's requirements.
